Nutrition

Healthy eating habits have become a top priority all over the world as people have become increasingly aware of the benefits of healthy diets.

Following a healthy and varied diet ensures a physical and mental balance and this is one of the main reasons why dietitians and nutritionists often point out that deficiencies and excesses in diets have tremendously negative effects on health and are, very often, the cause of diabetes, obesity and even psychological and behavioural problems. Thus, many common diseases can be prevented or alleviated with a balanced diet that should contain all the nutrients necessary to the proper functioning of the human organism.

Moreover, most dietitians and nutritionists state that a successful and healthy diet should be always combined with the training programs offered by sport and health clubs and, when needed, even training supplements can be recommended.

Dieting and physical activities should not be occasional whims, but part of a long term care plan that will help maintain body strength and mental balance.
